What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is an organized system of postures known as Kriyas (actions) that utilize a science of angles that harness the sacred geometry that resides within the body.
Kundalini relies upon pressure points (meridians) and energetic channels (nadis) that redirect the energy and activate and balance the psychological centers within, referred to in the yogic system as chakras.


Kundalini Yoga is a specific and measurable Science of Self.


It works within strengthening the nervous system and balances the endocrine system, ultimately effecting change within the Limbic System of the brain, where both memory and behavior reside.

For most people, our past, and our relationship to it…whether it’s food, money, love, is what is more often then not driving our current behaviors.
Even against our will.


So the old adage “When you know better you do better” often doesn’t apply and, in fact, can leave us feeling more isolated and alone, shamed and defeated after yet again not having the energetics to support our intentions, desires and goals.


All of our relationships suffer without the energetic motherboard needed...and all of life is about relationships.


First and foremost with ourselves.


What can be built that will stand the test of time without having the capacity to experience our own value and feel deserved at a foundational level?
Change your relationship to the past, and the often accompanied limiting belief attached to it, and you move the body and the brain into limitless possibilities of the Now.


Within this system we’re not going for coping methods, but rather for healing.
We’re not going for relief, but rather for freedom.


We’re not going for short term hits of dry, mechanical actions because they’re “good for us’' but rather rich, juicy movements because they’re necessary from a place of deep devotion.


True, lasting and ultimately sustainable devotion.

The effect

After sitting in a session you’ll feel as if you’ve gone to therapy, gotten in a workout, made it to your yoga mat and sat with your life coach.


You will come into contact with practices and energy you may have considered were beyond your capacity or never imagined could be a part of your daily life.


You’ll be provided with one of the most effective and efficient modalities by which you can achieve your maximum creative potential and above all else be living a life that makes sense to you.


A life defined by your own value system, living from the inside to the outside, and the life that belongs to you.


No longer chasing happiness “The Brand.’’

It's not about fixing, it's about integrating.

A lot of the time when Anastasia first begins to work with clients, they come to the space feeling as if they need “fixing.”


That part of themselves needs to be amputated because they can only see where a particular energy has caused harm.


You will have come to understand deeply and fully through experience, that there have been energies in some areas of your life that have been incredibly useful.


Some of those energies may keep you safe on the street in daily life, or help you to build wealth, while in other areas of your life that same energetic body may be creating disrhythms in your personal relationships or disrupting your relationship to yourself and may even be harmful.


You will have gained a deep understanding that moves beyond having to control and suppress energy you believed needed to be gotten rid of, or hidden and will have learned to work with these energies, to collaborate with them. 


To be able to identify them as they rise up within and being able to chart a different course.


Ultimately, landing in a place of having mastery over them, having learned how to handle them skillfully so that they serve you instead of you serving them.
You will have not only learned how to make space for all parts of you to remain, but rather from a place of deeply rooted trustworthiness, welcome and invite them all in.
